Kia ora ki a koe! :) I'm a 24 y/o nomadic English lass currently escapading as a dog-musher in Alaska. Clearly this means I live in an igloo and wear caribou-antlers on my head, but it also means I live in the only state where lesbians are outnumbered by things like polar bears, unicorns and prophets of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

So... *charming grin*

Really, I'm just a girl in the woods. I prefer campfires to bar scenes; prefer loyal friends to drama-wrought girlfriends; like mint-chocolate more than anything. I'm emotional and daft and spontaneous and quiet; I sleep beneath stars and volcanoes and am terrible at opening packages of food. Ghosts scare me, but dreams don't. I love exploring - by foot, bike, kayak, horse, dog-sled, video games, mind - but I'm terrible with directions. I like to study odd subjects purely because I can, design custom tattoos, play my crappy old keyboard because pianos are hard to carry around. Words and languages awe me, and I'm probably the only resident of Alaska who hasn't shot a gun.

I work as a freelance squirrel-charmer in my spare time. And cherish Callisto.
